I recently decided I wanted to read “Is Everyone Hanging Out Without Me?” because I love Mindy Kaling’s show The Mindy Project and I thought the title for this book was pretty clever. Not only is Mindy’s show very funny, but so was her book. My favorite part about Mindy is that she is an intelligent, funny, female star that became successful through her own merits with a lot of ups and downs. Here are my favorite quotes from the book:
“This book will take you two days to read. Did you even see the cover? It’s mostly pink. If you’re reading this book every night for months, something is not right.” (The best part of the book is that it’s so funny and it really is a quick read.)
